We are looking for a Full Service FOH Regional Director to lead front of house performance across NF&P full service concepts. This role partners closely with operations and culinary leadership to drive guest experience, service standards, and team development while maintaining strong financial performance and consistent execution across multiple locations. The Full Service FOH Regional Director sets the tone for hospitality, builds high performing leadership teams, and creates clear, repeatable systems that elevate service and culture.

Leadership Focus

FOH Leadership and Service Execution

  • Oversee day to day FOH operations across multiple full service locations, ensuring consistent hospitality standards and smooth service flow
  • Set clear expectations for service style, steps of service, pacing, and floor leadership to deliver an exceptional guest experience
  • Partner with General Managers and FOH leaders to strengthen pre shifts, communication, and real time problem solving during service
  • Lead service recovery practices and guest feedback follow up to protect the brand and build loyalty

Team Development, Culture and Training

  • Foster a culture of accountability, urgency, and genuine hospitality while keeping the guest at the center of every decision
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training for FOH roles, with a focus on building strong leadership benches
  • Coach and develop General Managers, Assistant Managers, and keyholders through consistent feedback and structured development plans
  • Build and maintain training tools that drive consistency across locations including service standards, onboarding checklists, and leadership expectations
Financial and Operational Performance
  • Partner with leadership to manage labor performance, scheduling discipline, and productivity goals while maintaining service quality
  • Monitor and improve key FOH metrics including guest satisfaction, speed of service, sales performance, and labor percent
  • Identify and implement efficiencies in service flow, staffing models, reservations, seating strategy, and shift structure
Collaboration and Strategy
  • Work closely with culinary and operations leaders to align FOH execution with kitchen flow, menu changes, and overall business priorities
  • Partner with marketing and leadership on guest experience initiatives, events, and brand standards across concepts
  • Support new store openings, leadership transitions, and operational resets with hands on training, systems rollout, and performance follow through
  • Provide consistent reporting and communication on wins, risks, and action plans for each location and region

Qualifications

  • 7 plus years of progressive full service FOH leadership experience, ideally in multi unit or high volume operations
  • Proven ability to lead FOH operations while maintaining exceptional guest experience, strong service standards, and consistent execution
  • Strong leadership and people development skills with a passion for coaching and mentoring General Managers and FOH leaders
  • Strong working knowledge of FOH compliance and best practices including responsible alcohol service, health and safety standards, and guest recovery
  • Guest focused, collaborative, and solutions oriented with strong organization, follow through, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across locations
