What You’ll Do

  • Lead all daily kitchen operations with a focus on consistency, communication, organization, and accountability
  • Be an active presence in prep and service, guiding technique, flavor, presentation, and execution in real time
  • Develop, coach, and mentor the culinary team while building a culture rooted in professionalism, respect, and pride in the work

  • Use Toast for menu updates and onboarding related functions within the restaurant
  • Manage inventory and product controls through Restaurant365 to support accuracy, consistency, and strong financial performance
  • Review financial performance, monitor trends, and implement strategies that support food cost control, labor management, and operational efficiency
  • Maintain accurate ordering, forecasting, inventory processes, and product controls to support strong kitchen operations
  • Protect company assets by ensuring proper maintenance of equipment, tools, and kitchen systems
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with purveyors and partners to support quality, seasonality, and responsible sourcing
  • Create and refine kitchen systems that improve communication, efficiency, prep flow, and execution across all shifts
  • Partner closely with front of house leadership to ensure alignment in service, timing, communication, and guest experience
  • Participate in weekly Executive Chef meetings with fellow culinary leaders to review performance, share insight, and align on company priorities
  • Work closely with executive leadership to review results, identify opportunities, and support continued growth across the business

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven Executive Chef or senior culinary leadership experience in a high standards full service kitchen
  • Strong scratch cooking background with a deep respect for ingredients, technique, and disciplined execution
  • Ability to lead from the line while also managing systems, people, and financial performance
  • Experience developing teams through coaching, accountability, and hands on training
  • Strong understanding of food cost, labor cost, inventory, purchasing, and kitchen financials
  • Comfort working within restaurant operating systems including Toast and Restaurant365
  • Ability to stay calm, focused, and solutions driven in a fast paced environment
