Description

Bossy Beulah’s is a scratch kitchen focused on quality, consistency, and genuine hospitality. We are looking for a Managing Partner to lead one of our locations and take full ownership of the business. This is a hands on leadership role for someone who leads from the front, builds strong teams, and holds high standards every day.

This role functions as the Store Operator, responsible for daily operations, team development, and overall performance of the restaurant. You will be expected to be present on the floor, working stations alongside the team while maintaining operational oversight. This is a role for someone who is actively involved in the business and sets the tone through their presence.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead daily operations through hands on floor leadership, real time problem solving, and direct coaching of managers and team members
  • Hire, onboard, train, and develop teams while building internal leadership
  • Uphold recipes, systems, policies, and operational standards across all areas of the business
  • Deliver strong guest experiences through active engagement and service recovery
  • Own store level financial performance including food cost, labor, inventory, and forecasting
  • Build staffing plans, write schedules, and maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment
  • Support catering and off site initiatives while growing local brand presence

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience leading high volume restaurant operations with a focus on quality and consistency
  • At least 5 years in a fast paced food service environment
  • At least 2 years in a leadership role with proven team development
  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team through service
  • Comfort with restaurant systems and operational tools
  • Proven work ethic, job stability, and career progression
  • Ability to work a five day schedule averaging 50 to 52 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays
