We are hiring a Dishwasher for our Ballantyne location. This position is typically scheduled Wednesday through Saturday from 5PM until close.

This is a hands-on role that helps keep the kitchen running clean, organized, and ready for service. You will support both the kitchen and front of house team by maintaining dish flow, cleanliness standards, and overall organization throughout the shift.

Pay starts at $13 per hour, and with shared tips, team members typically earn $16 to $19 per hour.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen and dish area during the shift.
• Wash dishes, utensils, pans, and kitchen equipment while keeping a steady flow through service.
• Properly set up and maintain the three compartment sink according to sanitation standards.
• Sweep, mop, take out trash, and keep floors and work areas clean and safe throughout the day.
• Rotate products properly and help maintain FIFO standards in storage areas and walk-ins.
• Support the kitchen team with cleaning projects, organization, and daily operational tasks.
• Assist with opening and closing cleaning responsibilities.
• Maintain clean and stocked chemical, sanitizer, and dishwashing areas.
• Work with urgency while maintaining attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
