• Solid knowledge of food, wine, and spirits, with the ability to make confident recommendations
• Strong communication skills and professional presence with guests and teammates
• Dependable and punctual, with a team-first mindset

Responsibilities

• Provide genuine, attentive service that reflects Rooster’s values
• Guide guests through the menu with knowledge of dishes, ingredients, and pairings
• Recommend wines, cocktails, and spirits to enhance the dining experience
• Accurately take and deliver orders, ensuring proper pacing and guest satisfaction
• Maintain your section throughout service, complete sidework, and assist with opening and closing duties
• Uphold cleanliness, organization, and professionalism in the dining room
• Complete tasks assigned by management and support teammates to create a seamless, welcoming environment
