What You’ll Do

  • Help lead daily kitchen operations and support smooth, organized service
  • Work alongside the Executive Chef and other Sous Chefs to uphold food quality, consistency, and execution
  • Coach and support line cooks and prep cooks while helping build overall team skill and confidence
  • Assist with prep, production, ordering, inventory, and daily kitchen organization
  • Maintain high standards for cleanliness, food safety, and station readiness
  • Help drive a positive kitchen culture rooted in accountability, teamwork, and pride in the work

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in a high volume kitchen
  • Strong foundation in classic cooking methods, knife skills, sauce work, and plating
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and lead by example during service
  • Strong sense of urgency, organization, and follow through
  • Commitment to cleanliness, consistency, and doing things the right way
  • Passion for food, hospitality, and continued growth as a leader
