Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following and may change or be adjusted at any time:

• Having a positive attitude and working as a team member
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring each guest has a positive experience
• Stock and display pastries, bread, prepared foods and retail items in store
• Put together orders for guests
• Keep store clean and organized
• Operate coffee machines and other kitchen equipment, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
• Complete store opening / closing duties

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering a memorable guest experience.
• May be required to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects up to 25 lbs
• Kneel, bend, or stoop, ascend or descend stairs; be on feet for extended periods of time
• Occasionally crouch and climb.
• Working in an environment that may be exposed to hazardous equipment and situations and conditions that produce cuts or minor burns
• Exposed to hot and cold temperatures, such as when working near ovens or retrieving food from freezers
• Ability to be exposed to common allergens and unique ingredients
