From retail items to made-to-order coffee and specialty drinks, we create a warm atmosphere for the community to enjoy good food and good company. We are hiring Counter Service Associates to join our team at Copain Winston-Salem. In this role you will support the daily operations of the counter, from greeting guests and preparing beverages to assembling orders and keeping displays organized.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and assist guests with a positive and professional attitude
• Prepare coffee drinks, other beverages, and guest orders with accuracy and care
• Stock and display pastries, breads, and retail items consistently throughout the day
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter, dining area, and back-of-house spaces
• Assist with inventory rotation and receiving daily deliveries
• Complete additional tasks assigned by management, including daily opening and closing procedures
