We are currently seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our teams at Nico’s, a high end classical Italian restaurant celebrated for its warm, exclusive ambience and dedicated to using the freshest and finest Italian ingredients available

Why work with us as a Chef de Partie?

• Salary of up to £37,000 per annum plus discretionary monthly service charge
• Paid Trial Shifts
• 28 days holiday per year (including bank holidays)

About the role - What You’ll Do:

• Monitoring and maintaining high standards across all stages of food preparation and presentation
• Incorporate and work with freshest seasonal ingredients to support culinary excellence
• Strong team player with consistent service standards
• Maintain high health & safety hygiene standards
