We are currently seeking a skilled Senior Chef de Partie to join our teams at Nico’s, a high end classical Italian restaurant celebrated for its warm, exclusive ambience and dedicated to using the freshest and finest Italian ingredients available

• Salary of up to £38,000 per annum plus discretionary monthly service charge

Working hours:

• 4 day working week between Tuesday-Sunday

• Maintain high standards across all aspects of food preparation and presentation
• Work with the freshest seasonal ingredients to create culinary excellence
• Play a key part in a collaborative and focused team.
