We're looking for a reliable and detail-focused Night Auditor to help deliver exceptional guest experiences while supporting the smooth overnight operation of the hotel.

This is a varied role where you'll combine guest service responsibilities with important overnight administrative and financial processes, helping to ensure the hotel is prepared for a successful day ahead.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Deliver exceptional guest service throughout the night

  • Welcome guests, manage late check-ins and support early departures

  • Respond to guest enquiries and requests professionally and efficiently

  • Complete night audit procedures and end-of-day financial processes

  • Reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports in line with company procedures

  • Ensure guest accounts and financial records are accurate

  • Conduct regular security and safety checks throughout the hotel

  • Support the smooth running of the hotel during overnight shifts

  • Ensure company, brand and legal standards are maintained at all times

  • Help prepare the hotel for the following day's operation

What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in hospitality, Front Office, customer service or administration is desirable

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Good numerical and administrative skills

  • Excellent communication and guest service abilities

  • Ability to work independently and make confident decisions

  • Good organisational and problem-solving skills

  • Reliable, professional and trustworthy approach

  • Positive, proactive and guest-focused attitude
