Hampton by Hilton Newcastle is now looking for Night Guest Service Assistant (32hrs, mixture of 12 hour and 8-hour shifts between 7pm – 7am) to join the team!

As Night Guest Services Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for most of our guests and their needs for all hotel enquires,
· Work across all hotel departments - reception, bar and kitchen.
· Prepare drinks and bar food.
· You will undertake night audits and corridor checks to make sure everyone in our hotel is safe.
Your role will be to welcome guests with a friendly smile and exceptional service in line with our company values:
