Position Overview

At Nikki Beach Baku, the Food & Beverage Specialist plays a key role in delivering the brand’s immersive lifestyle experience. More than just a server, you are a host, an entertainer, and a trusted guide to our world of luxury dining and celebration. You anticipate guest needs, create personalized interactions, and embody the Nikki Beach ethos through impeccable service and vibrant energy. Your mission is to elevate every moment, ensuring guests leave with memories that make them return again and again.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service with professionalism, charm, and enthusiasm

• Guide guests through the menu with informed recommendations and upselling techniques

• Execute food and beverage service aligned with Nikki Beach brand standards and SOPs

• Present service in a fun, friendly, and confident manner, adapting to diverse guest profiles

• Set up the venue according to daily layouts and brand specifications

• Perform mise-en-place duties, including opening and closing responsibilities

• Run food and drinks efficiently to guest tables and lounge areas

• Engage in interactive elements of service such as tableside cocktail trolleys and show-style presentations

• Communicate effectively with the kitchen, runners, hostesses, and management team

• Address guest feedback with composure and a solution-driven approach

• Ensure accurate billing and smooth check-out experiences

• Maintain clean tables, service stations, and a tidy work environment throughout the shift

• Stay informed on menu updates, events, specials, and VIP guest preferences

• Recommend food and wine pairings with confidence, including local and New World labels

• Follow hygiene, safety, and grooming protocols at all times

• Participate in team briefings, trainings, and daily lineups to stay aligned with service goals

• Support team initiatives and complete ad hoc duties as assigned by management

Required Qualifications and Competencies

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Outgoing and energetic personality with a guest-centric approach

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure

• Knowledge of international cuisine, wines, spirits, and cocktails

• Familiarity with POS systems and digital ordering platforms

• Ability to stand for long periods and maintain physical stamina

• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Russian and Azerbaijani are an advantage

• Understanding of Nikki Beach brand culture, music, and lifestyle philosophy

• Ability to read guest cues and respond intuitively to needs

• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative

• Commitment to sustainability and responsible service practices
