Position Title: Front Office Manager
Location: Nikki Beach Baku
Reports To: Resort Operations Manager

Position Overview
As the Front Office Manager at Nikki Beach Baku, you will orchestrate the full guest journey—from first impressions to fond farewells. Your role is crucial in delivering an exceptional, seamless, and stylish arrival and departure experience that captures the Nikki Beach spirit. With a hands-on leadership style, you will mentor a dynamic team, optimize operations, and lead with energy and elegance to ensure every guest interaction feels effortless, intuitive, and personalized.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all front office operations, including reception, guest services, concierge, valet, and lobby areas
Ensure the consistent delivery of brand standards and elevate the guest journey at every touchpoint
Personally engage with guests, oversee VIP arrivals, and resolve concerns swiftly with professionalism and care
Monitor and manage room inventory in coordination with Revenue and Reservations teams
Work closely with Housekeeping, Valet, and Security to ensure smooth and synchronized operations
Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor team members, setting clear development goals and tracking progress
Lead daily briefings, training refreshers, and performance evaluations to maintain high team performance
Optimize departmental schedules and ensure manning aligns with business volume
Support the creation and implementation of SOPs, checklists, and internal procedures
Foster a collaborative team environment with strong communication and regular feedback loops
Ensure grooming, presentation, and behavioural standards are consistently upheld by all team members
Act as the primary liaison with valet, limousine, and outsourced guest service partners
Participate in budgeting and cost-control efforts in collaboration with the Finance team
Represent the department in daily briefings, operations meetings, and strategic planning sessions
Ensure all associates understand safety protocols and guest emergency procedures
Track departmental KPIs, guest satisfaction scores, and implement continuous service improvements
Required Qualifications and Competencies
Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a luxury hotel or resort
Demonstrated leadership ability and passion for delivering unforgettable guest experiences
Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel PMS software
Ability to remain composed and solution-oriented in fast-paced environments
Fluency in English is mandatory; Russian and Azerbaijani are a plus
Strong knowledge of luxury service culture and attention to detail
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
