Position Title: PR & Marketing Manager

Position Overview

At Nikki Beach Baku, the PR & Marketing Manager is the brand’s voice and visionary in the local market. This role brings the Nikki Beach identity to life through bold storytelling, strategic activations, and memorable experiences. As our local brand ambassador, you’ll lead all public relations and marketing efforts - from influencer partnerships to campaign launches - ensuring every initiative reflects our global lifestyle ethos. With a blend of creativity, operational execution, and team leadership, you’ll play a pivotal role in positioning Nikki Beach Baku as the premier destination for luxury and celebration.


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the venue’s annual Marketing & Operations Vision and Strategy in collaboration with the Global Marketing Manager and General Manager

  • Champion Nikki Beach brand standards and ensure consistency across all marketing touchpoints

  • Lead local PR initiatives and influencer collaborations in partnership with the Global PR Director

  • Host media visits and manage press outreach, developing impactful press kits and stories

  • Craft compelling digital media campaigns including content creation, advertising, and promotions

  • Oversee the production of branded content across video, photography, print, and social platforms

  • Plan and execute experiential activations, fashion shows, and special events aligned with brand values

  • Identify local trends, advertising opportunities, and luxury partnerships to elevate brand visibility

  • Manage the marketing budget, track supplier invoices, and handle material production logistics

  • Coordinate entertainment programming with the Global Music Ambassador, including scheduling and onboarding

  • Maintain the venue’s digital media archive, ensuring organized access to brand assets

  • Build and sustain relationships with local hotels, concierge teams, and high-end businesses

  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure all guest touchpoints reflect brand identity

  • Develop and implement surprise-and-delight experiences for VIP guests and special moments

  • Ensure FOH and hostess teams are fully briefed on marketing initiatives and entertainment programming

Required Qualifications and Competencies

  • Proven experience in luxury hospitality marketing, PR, or brand management

  • In-depth understanding of the Baku market and local consumer behaviour

  • Creative thinker with strong strategic planning and project management capabilities

  • Skilled communicator with cultural sensitivity and global mindset

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with precision and poise

  • Fluency in English, Russian and/or Azerbaijani; additional languages are a plus

  • High attention to detail and commitment to brand integrity

  • Expertise in digital marketing, social media, and content creation

  • Proficiency in budgeting, vendor management, and performance reporting

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
