Position Title: Host/Hostess
Location: Nikki Beach Baku
Reports To: Restaurant Manager
Job Type: Full-time, Seasonal

Position Overview

As a Host/Hostess at Nikki Beach Baku, you are the face of the guest experience - welcoming every visitor with charm, elegance, and a genuine smile. You set the tone for our unique lifestyle concept, ensuring a smooth and stylish arrival and departure for each guest. With a poised presence and a flair for hospitality, you manage the flow of reservations, assist with VIP recognition, and create memorable first impressions that reflect the spirit of Nikki Beach.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly with elegance, confidence, and a polished appearance

• Coordinate seating arrangements and manage bed/table allocations in line with guest preferences and flow

• Maintain the front desk with cleanliness, style, and order

• Accurately manage reservations and update guest profiles in the system

• Share information on menus, events, and daily specials with enthusiasm

• Recognize returning guests and ensure VIP preferences are communicated to the team

• Provide clear and courteous guidance on bookings, dress codes, and venue policies

• Support the team with marketing materials and menu distribution

• Attend daily team briefings and assist with floor operations when needed

• Uphold impeccable grooming standards and reflect the brand image at all times

Required Qualifications and Competencies

• Experience in hospitality or luxury environments preferred

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Friendly, composed, and professional demeanour under pressure

• Familiarity with reservation and seating systems (training provided)

• Multitasking ability in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

• Fluency in English, Russian and/or Azerbaijani; other languages are a plus

• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and high-demand periods

• Team-oriented with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
