We are currently looking for dynamic, international hospitality professionals who are eager to join our team in Baku on a seasonal basis. This opportunity is ideal for non-local candidates and expats seeking a new lifestyle experience in an exciting, fast-growing market with opportunities to grow.

At Nikki Beach Baku, our F&B Specialists are more than server, they are hosts, entertainers, and global storytellers. You’ll be the face of our immersive dining experience, blending high-end service with a vibrant, celebratory energy that reflects the Nikki Beach brand. Your mission is to create unforgettable moments that inspire guests to return time and time again.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalized service with charm, confidence, and cultural awareness

• Guide guests through the menu with product knowledge and upselling techniques

• Execute service in line with Nikki Beach SOPs and brand standards

• Adapt your approach to diverse international guest profiles

• Support daily mise-en-place and venue setup as per brand guidelines

• Serve food and drinks efficiently to both table and lounge settings

• Participate in interactive elements of the experience (cocktail trolley, table shows, etc.)

• Communicate clearly with BOH and FOH teams to ensure smooth service

• Handle guest feedback with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset

• Ensure accurate billing and seamless checkout experiences

• Maintain cleanliness and organization across work areas

• Stay informed on specials, events, and VIP preferences

• Recommend food and beverage pairings with confidence

• Comply with hygiene, safety, and grooming standards

• Participate in daily briefings, training, and development initiatives

• Support broader team goals and collaborate across departments when needed

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years in a luxury hospitality or lifestyle F&B environment

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a global mindset

• Energetic, guest-focused attitude and attention to detail

• Knowledge of international cuisine, cocktails, wines, and spirits

• Familiarity with POS and ordering platforms

• Fluent in English

• Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays

• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, multicultural team

• Passion for music, fashion, wellness, and the Nikki Beach lifestyle
