Position: Buggy Driver
Location: Nikki Beach Baku
Contract: Full-Time

Position Overview

The Buggy Driver is responsible for providing safe, efficient, and courteous transportation for guests across the resort and, when required, to nearby external locations. This role plays a key part in ensuring a seamless guest journey while upholding the highest standards of service and presentation in line with Nikki Beach values.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests between designated resort areas and external locations when needed
• Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of the buggy (battery, brakes, lights, overall condition)
• Maintain the buggy in pristine, clean, and fully operational condition
• Assist guests with luggage and ensure careful handling at all times
• Provide warm, friendly, and professional guest service throughout all interactions
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and support their needs
• Report any maintenance or technical issues immediately to the relevant department
• Follow all safety procedures and local traffic regulations
• Collaborate with Front Office, Guest Experience, Security, and Valet teams
• Support other departments during peak periods or special events

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Azerbaijani driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Previous experience in a similar hospitality or transport role (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to operate electric buggies and basic maintenance awareness
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Physically able to assist with luggage and guest mobility needs
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani (English is a plus)
