As the Assistant Park Manager, you will work side-by-side with the Deputy and Park Manager to develop, lead, and empower your team of dedicated Ninja Warriors, bringing our core values to life: pride, passion, teamwork, and moments of WOW. 

You will oversee the day-to-day operation of the Ninja Park, guiding guests through an exhilarating customer journey from the moment they arrive to their final victorious leap. Leading by example, you will deliver outstanding, high-energy guest service and inspire your team to match that standard every step of the way. You will uphold brand standards and SOPs with discipline and integrity, challenging performance where needed to ensure a consistently elite experience. 

You will be an inclusive leader who demonstrates respect, collaboration, and shared responsibility—championing a culture where every warrior feels supported and empowered. 

As an authentic brand ambassador, you will be commercially sharp, boldly creative, and courageously curious—helping shape a culture that reflects these warrior-like behaviours and drives the Ninja experience to the next level. 

Skills and experience 

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a leadership role 

  • Experience with financial data and KPI management  

  • Experience of managing and leading a large team 

  • Experience with planning and running events  

  • Working knowledge of welfare and EDI in the workplace  

  • Excellent customer service and engagement skills 

  • Experience working with SEN children and customers 

  • Knowledge of industry H&S standards and compliance 

  • Tech savvy 

  • Working knowledge of the core Microsoft applications 

  • A background in a service-led industry is desirable, such as hospitality, adventure parks, family leisure entertainment parks etc. 

  • IOSH qualification desirable  

  • First aid qualification desirable
