The Deputy Park Manager will develop, lead, and empower a high-energy team of skilled Ninja Warriors, championing our core values: pride, passion, teamwork, and moments of ultimate WOW. 
As the Deputy, you will live the warrior spirit—showing the behaviours you expect from your team, including never walking past a challenge, delivering thrilling, industry-leading Ninja experiences and events, and ensuring full compliance with all activity and F&B standards so your team is always trained, safe, and battle-ready. 

As a leader, you will embody curiosity, creativity, courage, and collaboration—constantly enhancing our obstacle offering and introducing new, exciting elements for guests to conquer. 

You will support the Park Manager in coaching and developing both the leadership team and front-line warriors to deliver exceptional guest journeys, while also preparing the next wave of future leaders. You will be a proud brand ambassador who elevates the park to new heights. Commercially sharp, boldly creative, and relentlessly curious, you will help build a culture that reflects these core warrior traits and inspires everyone around you. 

Skills and experience 

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a leadership role 

  • Workforce management and labour control experience 

  • Experience with financial data and KPI management  

  • Experience of managing and leading a large team 

  • Working knowledge of welfare and EDI in the workplace  

  • Excellent customer service and engagement skills 

  • Proven experience coaching and training team members 

  • Experience in running and delivering events successfully 

  • Knowledge of industry H&S standards and compliance 

  • Hospitality/ Leisure/ Events experience  

  • Tech savvy 

  • Working knowledge of the core Microsoft applications 

  • A background in a service-led industry is desirable, such as adventure parks, family leisure entertainment parks etc. 

  • IOSH qualification desirable  

  • First aid qualification desirable 

  • Alcohol license desirable
