Here at No.15 Bath by GuestHouse, we’re a small but stylish, family-run boutique hotel, and we’re looking for a Bar Supervisor who can supervise with confidence, serve with flair, and make every sip unforgettable.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supervise the bar team and ensure every shift runs smoother than a well-poured martini
• Deliver exceptional service and unforgettable drinks — from morning coffees to late-night cocktails
• Train, support, and inspire the Bar & Restaurant team to keep standards sky-high and spirits even higher
• Manage stock and the occasional curveball with calm professionalism
• Be the friendly face guests remember — and the one they toast to

What we’re looking for:

• Experienced in bar service, with a knack for leading teams and mixing magic
• Passionate about hospitality and obsessed with the little details
• Calm under pressure, quick on your feet, and always guest-focused
• Ready to bring warmth, wit, and a touch of Bath charm to every shift
