Director of VIP Services 

Mission

The Director of VIP Services will be responsible for the entire suite of VIP, loyalty, and concierge programs across Noble33’s concepts. Primary responsibilities include actively managing guest experience while proactively using a variety of tactics to drive incremental revenue through harvesting relationships and creating impactful touch points for our guests. The Director of VIP Services will work closely with our Guest Relations Managers and the operations teams within the venues to implement, grow & develop our customer loyalty programs. 

 

Outcomes

Loyalty Program Management

  • Develop, implement and grow customer loyalty program (Noble33 Members)

  • Conduct regular maintenance of loyalty CRM

  • Develop and launch loyalty program events & partnerships

  • Create and deliver monthly communication to all loyalty members utilizing our Guest Relations team 

  • Implement restaurant level process’ for identifying and signing up new members 

  • Work Closely with our partners (managing/licensing locations) in order to grow and expand as well as merge loyalty programs

  • Restructure and build the experiential department and aspects for Noble33 

    • Guest Relations 

    • Reservations 

    • Events

    • Promotions

    • Noble33 Members Program 


Concierge Outreach

  • Design & implement concierge outreach programs for each market

  • Create concierge offering and incentive for all bookings from concierge

  • Conduct ongoing maintenance of master concierge lists for all markets 


Guest Relations Team 

  • Train and work in the Guest Relations Position at Multiple venues while learning the role  

  • Assist in the interview process for Guest Relations candidates 

  • Develop training methods and structure for Guest Relations Managers 

  • Ongoing reviews and coaching 

  • Developing innovative ideas for our Guest Relations Managers to build guestbook and drive business 

  • Manage Daily Cover Reports 

  • Review weekly Guest Relations Reports 


Events 

  • Oversee Events team members 

  • Conduct weekly meetings with Events teams 

  • Drive Goals for outreach as well as financial goals monthly and annually 

  • Create Events Decks 

  • Consistent check in on events menus and offerings 


Guest Book Management + Reservations 

  • Assist in upkeep of all store reservation books, with a focus on maximizing covers 

  • Set and manage daily/weekly reservation triggers for when covers are low

  • Manage promoted results, pop reservation availability, promoted results and marketing programs 

  • Oversee Reservation teams such as Call Center 


Promotions  

    Oversee and drive promotions teams

  • Drive grassroots programs 

  • Review promotions teams schedules and tasks 


Villa Noble 

  • Create and Develop Villa Nobles Membership Program 

  • Develop and lead sales department 

  • Train Villa Noble Sales and Guest Relations team members
