Role Overview

Noble 33 is a premier national restaurant group dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences through innovative design and operational excellence. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to support the execution of brand and marketing initiatives across our collection of restaurants. This individual will work closely with the Marketing Director and is instrumental in bringing initiatives to life, ensuring seamless coordination across creative, digital, and in restaurant teams while maintaining the integrity of the brand at every touchpoint.

The ideal candidate is both creative and operational, someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment and has a strong eye for detail, timing, and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, partnerships, and brand initiatives across multiple channels
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, operations, PR, and culinary) to ensure timely delivery of communications and assets
  • Manage marketing calendars, timelines, and project management trackers (e.g. Monday) to keep initiatives on schedule
  • Assist in the development and deployment of email, SMS and digital journey campaigns through CRM platforms (e.g., SevenRooms)
  • Leverage AI tools to support ideation, insights, efficiencies and innovation
  • Assist with coordinating social media content calendars, ensuring consistency with brand voice and campaign priorities
  • Assist with in-restaurant marketing materials ensuring accuracy and timely distribution
  • Monitor and manage guest feedback across review platforms, ensuring timely, thoughtful, and brand-aligned responses
  • Support reputation management efforts by tracking sentiment, identifying trends, and escalating guest experience insights to the operations teams
  • Maintain and update digital platforms, ensuring accuracy of listings, imagery, and guest-facing information across all restaurants
  • Monitor campaign performance and compile post-campaign recaps and reporting
  • Maintain brand standards across all guest-facing touchpoints

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in marketing, hospitality, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
  • Familiarity with CRM, Reputation Management and Ai platforms a plus
  • Passion for hospitality, restaurants, and guest experience
