• Certified Professional in training management is a plus.

• • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Business Administration, or any related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a training role (preferably in XY industry)
  • Knowledge of different training methods and learning theories
  • Proficiency in a relevant learning management system [for example, EdApp or Schoology]
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Certifications in training management are a plus
