We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Commis Waiters to join our passionate front-of-house team. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and develop your skills within a renowned Michelin-starred environment and be part of our exciting future.
About the Role:
As a Commis Waiter, you will play a vital role in supporting our experienced waiting staff, ensuring a seamless and memorable dining experience for our guests. You will learn the intricacies of fine dining service in a fast-paced yet supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting senior waiters with table service, including setting tables, clearing plates, and serving beverages.
- Ensuring the smooth flow of service within your designated section.
- Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and presentation in the dining areas.
- Providing attentive and courteous service to our guests.
- Learning about our menu and wine and cocktail service.
- Working collaboratively with the kitchen and bar teams.
- Adhering to the highest standards of service and etiquette.
What We Are Looking For:
- A genuine passion for food and hospitality.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.

- Previous experience in a food and beverage role is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
