We have a fantastic opportunity for a Breakfast Supervisor to join our award winning team at Northcote.  

Breakfast is an important service and the last experience before our cherished guests depart!  

You will be working 45 hours per week within the Breakfast team, completing the following tasks - 

• Leading a breakfast team to run a full breakfast service
• Ensuring that all tables are set and ready for welcoming guests
• Greeting and welcoming guests to their table 
• Preparing and serving beverages 
• Ensuring that all guests’ orders are taken and executed in a timely manner
• Ensuring that cleanliness is kept at the highest standards at all times
• Liaising with the kitchen to ensure breakfast is served in a timely manner

The successful candidate will possess;

• Great Leadership, Passion, personality, enthusiasm, dedication, motivation and the ability to work well in a team
• Experience in Fine dining is DESIRABLE
