With ambitious expansion plans, including the launch of a brand-new restaurant, we are looking for a talented and driven Sous Chef to join our exceptional kitchen team.

This is a rare opportunity to work at the highest level of culinary excellence, playing a key role in delivering unforgettable dining experiences while developing your career within one of the UK’s leading kitchens.


The Role

As Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef and Chef Patron Director in the day-to-day running of a high-performing kitchen.

You will:

  • Lead and inspire a team of chefs to deliver Michelin-star standards consistently
  • Support menu development using seasonal, high-quality ingredients
  • Ensure exceptional quality, presentation, and consistency across all dishes
  • Take responsibility for service in the absence of the Head Chef
  • Manage stock control, ordering, and cost efficiencies
  • Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, health & safety, and compliance

About You

We are looking for a passionate and ambitious chef who:

  • Has strong experience as a Junior Sous or Sous Chef within a quality-led environment
  • Ideally has experience in Michelin-star or multi-rosette kitchens
  • Demonstrates excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Thrives under pressure while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
  • Is driven to continuously develop both themselves and their team
  • Shares our passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
