Northcote, a charming 26-bedroom country house hotel nestled in the picturesque Ribble Valley, is renowned for its luxurious accommodations and exceptional service. Recently acquired by The Ellis family, Northcote is embarking on an exciting period of expansion, promising a vibrant future.

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our friendly team. We have full-time and part-time positions available, offering flexibility to suit your needs. As a Housekeeper at Northcote, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy immaculate and comfortable surroundings, contributing directly to their overall experience.

As a Housekeeper, your responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning and servicing guest bedrooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of public areas, including hallways, lounges, and restrooms.
  • Changing bed linen ensuring fresh and high-quality items are used.
  • Replenishing guest amenities and ensuring rooms are well-stocked.
  • Reporting any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department.
  • Adhering to all health and safety regulations and procedures.
  • Contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.
  • Taking pride in your work and ensuring every guest room reflects the luxury of Northcote.

What we are looking for:

  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for cleanliness.
  • A strong work ethic and a reliable approach to your responsibilities.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • A positive and friendly attitude.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping within a hotel or similar environment is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.
