Are you a committed and passionate hospitality professional with experience in luxury hotels or high-end food and beverage? Northcote, a 26-bedroom country house hotel with a Michelin star restaurant led by Lisa Goodwin-Allen, is seeking a dedicated Duty Manager to join our award-winning team in the picturesque Ribble Valley.

You'll play a vital role in the daily operations of a bustling hotel and Michelin-starred restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and a positive work environment for our valued team.

What you'll do:

  • Oversee daily hotel and restaurant operations, lending support where needed.

  • Monitor team productivity and wellbeing.

  • Ensure efficient processes across all departments.

  • Collaborate with senior management to adapt to organizational changes and drive business development.

  • Help lead our passionate team to achieve company goals and exceed guest expectations.

What we offer:
