Northcote, a 26-bedroom country house hotel with a Michelin star restaurant led by Lisa Goodwin-Allen, is seeking a dedicated Duty Manager to join our award-winning team in the picturesque Ribble Valley.

What you'll do:
Oversee daily hotel and restaurant operations, lending support where needed.
Monitor team productivity and wellbeing.
Ensure efficient processes across all departments.
Collaborate with senior management to adapt to organizational changes and drive business development.
Help lead our passionate team to achieve company goals and exceed guest expectations.
