Northcote Hotel is a 26 bedroom hotel with a Michelin star restaurant located in the picturesque Ribble Valley. 

We are looking for a committed and experienced Cocktail Bar Manager to assist the Duty Management team in delivering exceptional service. 

This role is a full time, permanent contract with development training/qualifications and comes with fantastic progression opportunities.

Salary OTE - £45,000

As a Cocktail Lounge Manager - you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the cocktail bar, lounge and terrace, including managing staff, ensuring standard driven cocktail and bar service and maintaining a profitable and enjoyable environment.  

You will also be the creator of all Cocktail and Bar Menus, so mixology experience is a must, and work alongside the Executive Chef and Head Sommelier in cocktail food pairings.    You will be responsible for managing margins and work within the Duty Management team in driving revenue.
