Northcote is a boutique 26-bedroom hotel with a Michelin star restaurant by Lisa Goodwin-Allen, situated in the picturesque Ribble Valley. Part of The Stafford Collection, we are recruiting for various roles to expand our team by developing people and carving successful careers in hospitality.

After a very busy 2022 and exciting expansion plans in the pipeline, we are looking for passionate and ambitious people to join us!

Lisa Goodwin Allen is looking for a Chef de Partie to assist our Senior Kitchen Team in running a successful and smooth Michelin star kitchen.

As a Chef de Partie you will work closely with Lisa and the Senior team, to develop your personal skills whilst helping to maintain current high standards and push for further succession. You will assist in managing the juniors of your section and work towards the goals set and the growth and expansion of the business. This position comes with fantastic progression opportunities and would be ideal for a current Demi-Chef – looking for that step up!
