After a very busy 2023 and exciting expansion plans in the pipeline, we are looking to extend our team with passionate and ambitious chefs!
Executive Chef Lisa Goodwin Allen is looking for a Pastry Sous Chef to assist our Exec Pastry Chef in the day to day running of our busy Michelin star pastry department.
- As a Pastry Sous Chef you will work closely with the senior kitchen team to manage a team of professional and ambitious chefs to maintain exceptional standards and push for further succession and growth of the business.
- This position comes with fantastic progression opportunities and would suit a current professional Senior Pastry chef or an experienced Senior Chef de Partie looking for progression within Michelin.
Role Requirements
- Good team spirit and leadership skills
- Exceptional standards in cleanliness
- Previous experience in high end hospitality
- Fantastic organisation skills
- An impeccable eye for detail
- A positive and determined attitude to succeed
