Northcote, Part of The Stafford Collection, is a 26 bedroom hotel with a Michelin star restaurant located in the picturesque Ribble Valley.
We are looking for a committed and passionate Duty Manager to assist the Hotel Management team with the daily run of a busy Hotel – with a Michelin star restaurant led by Lisa Goodwin-Allen. This role is a full time, permanent contract with exceptional training/qualifications and comes with fantastic progression opportunities.
Salary circa: £30,000 dependent on experience + bi-monthly bonus.
Experience in a 4AA red star property is essential.

Duty Manager responsibilities include overseeing daily operations and assisting where necessary, ensuring employee productivity and wellbeing, monitoring efficiency of all processes and creating a positive work environment for our valued employees. You will also meet regularly with senior management to stay up-to-date with organisational change and help develop the business to meet standards and exceed guest expectation.
Ultimately, no two days are the same and you will help lead our passionate team to ensure all operations flow smoothly to assist us achieve our company goals and objectives.
