Northcote is a boutique 26-bedroom hotel with a Michelin star restaurant by Lisa Goodwin-Allen, situated in the picturesque Ribble Valley.

Northcote is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to assist our Restaurant Manager, in the day to day running of a busy Michelin star restaurant service.

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager you will work closely with Lisa and the Restaurant Team to deliver exceptional service and lead the team to offer a fantastic journey to all our cherished Guests.

It will be your job to ensure that the passion for our food and service is demonstrated throughout our teams and that we remain collectively successful in always showcasing our fantastic service standard. Not only this, but you will lead and train the team to help develop them both professionally and educationally with the various available training programs and National Competition entries – All funded by us!

This role would be perfect for a current Assistant Restaurant Manager within Rosette standard - or an ambitious  Restaurant Supervisor/Head Waiter interested in progressing within Michelin and looking for their next career step.

Role Requirements

·Experience in fine dining

·Fantastic and friendly guest service skills

·Organisational skills

·An ambitious and committed attitude to succeed

·Good team spirit and leadership skills
