Main Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Purchase Ledger
    • Coding and posting of all invoices
    • Matching delivery notes to invoices
    • Statement Reconciliations
    • PO processing
    • New vendor processes
    • Vendor maintenance
    • Invoice scanning and saving
    • Payment runs
  • Daily revenue reporting
  • Reconciliation of credit cards, cash and gift vouchers
  • Banking and cash checks
  • Production of weekly revenue forecasts
  • Assist with the annual audit requirements.
  • Analysis of weekly cash forecasting
  • Monthly stock control and counting including maintenance of the food reconciliation
  • Assist with the production of month end accounts
  • Production of monthly balance sheet reconciliation files with comments and analysis
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Ad hoc duties as requested by the FC or MD

Main Requirements and Competencies

  • Minimum AAT Level 3 (Essential)
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a finance role
  • Microsoft Dynamics Experience (desirable)
  • Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken) is a prerequisite.
  • You demonstrate genuine interest in our business and are eager to discover and learn more.
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills
  • High level of Excel Knowledge creating and building formulas.
  • You are a team player and an agile learner.
  • You are willing to push yourself out of your comfort zone.
  • Proactive and committed mind set.
