Job Description:

Work closely with our accounting team to provide essential financial support from our central support office to our restaurants.



Core Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales data & trends and restaurant cash handling
  • Oversee accounts payable function from invoice receipt to payment
  • Create weekly financial statements for restaurant operators
  • Process journal entries for month end close and prepare monthly accruals
  • Create accounting schedules and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Manage corporate credit card program and Amazon business accounts
  • Reconcile and research bank transactions
  • Analyze discrepancies and research and close reconciling items
  • State sales and commercial activity tax filings, IRS 1099 filings
  • Capital expenditure budgeting and depreciation

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting is preferred.
  • Positive and energetic about working on a team committed to excellence
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task, work flexible hours and meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, problem solving and planning skills
  • Able to carry out tasks independently and accurately
  • Ability to manage time and energy in an efficient, effective, and organized manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Able to learn industry-specific software
