What will I do? 

Leading by example and from the front, you’ll lead an F&B team across all outlets across the hotel, including conference & events, restaurant, bar and room service, ensuring together as a team you deliver the highest guest service at all times and maximise on revenue at every opportunity!

Previous experience within a food & beverage department within a hotel or similar 
People management experience 
Quality & standards driven 
Outstanding customer service skills 
Strong knowledge on all things food & beverage!
