  • Raise and track purchase orders, maintain marketing spend trackers.
  • Collate campaign, CRM, website, booking and agency performance data for the Marketing Manager, maintaining accurate reporting records.
  • Record and follow up actions from agency and internal marketing meetings, ensuring agreed activity progresses to deadline.
  • Support the coordination of events, activations, launches and venue marketing requirements.
  • Maintain organised marketing files, campaign documentation, supplier information, brand assets and other shared resources.
  • Work closely with Sales and operational teams to ensure agreed marketing activity, offers and campaign information are communicated accurately.
  • Carry out quality and accuracy checks on marketing materials before release.
  • Support continuous improvement of marketing processes.

Skills

  • Confident working with data, trackers and reports, with a high level of numerical and written accuracy.
  • Understanding of core marketing channels and campaign delivery; experience working with external agencies is advantageous.
  • Experience of purchase order, budget or supplier administration is desirable.

  • Clear and confident communicator.
  • Able to prioritise effectively in a fast paced environment and adapt when priorities change.
  • Commercially aware and curious, with an interest in how marketing activity supports customer acquisition, retention and revenue.
  • Comfortable asking questions, flagging risks and escalating decisions at the right time.
  • Collaborative, adaptable and willing to support activity across multiple brands and locations.
