As a Night Porter, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our concierge desk during the evening hours.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the concierge desk in the absence of the wider team, providing unparalleled service to our guests.
- Handling incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing guest inquiries and requests with efficiency and care.
- Assisting guests with luggage, ensuring their arrival and departure experiences are seamless and memorable.
- Responding promptly to guest requests and ensuring their needs are met with attention to detail and dedication.
- Supporting check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
What you Need:
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure every guest interaction is flawless.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service, going above and beyond to exceed guest expectations.
- Strong organisational and communication skills to effectively coordinate tasks and interact with guests and colleagues.
- Comfortable working independently during night shifts while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
