Description

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our restaurant and bar. Working closely with senior management and team members, you will uphold our commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service, consistently exceeding the expectations of our discerning guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management and running of the restaurant and bar, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to high-quality standards.
  • Establish strong and professional relationships with our guests, anticipating their needs and surpassing their expectations with personalised service.
  • Handle guest complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring resolution and satisfaction. Communicate feedback to the Management team for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for guests and team members alike.
  • Work alongside the Management team to maintain a smooth and efficient service, contributing ideas for improvement and innovation.
  • Lead by example, motivating and developing a team of dedicated staff members to deliver exceptional service with passion and professionalism.
  • Conduct daily briefings with the team to communicate priorities, address any issues, and foster a cohesive work environment.
  • Implement strategies to maintain high staff retention rates, recognising and rewarding excellence to foster a positive and supportive workplace culture.

What you Need:

  • Prior experience as a Restaurant or Food & Beverage supervisor in a fast-paced, luxury venue.
  • Demonstrated passion for Food and Beverage, with extensive knowledge of quality products and ingredients.
  • Understanding of the current market and awareness of potential competitors.
  • Proven experience in managing, leading, and developing a team.
  • Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
