Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey with Firmdale Hotels? We are looking for a vibrant Receptionist to become a vital part of our esteemed team at Number Sixteen Hotel. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role is perfect for you.
As a Part-time (24 hours) Receptionist at Number Sixteen Hotel, you will be the welcoming face and voice of our establishment. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every guest feels at home and well taken care of.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive first impression.
- Handling check-ins and check-outs efficiently, while maintaining a keen eye for detail.
- Responding to guest inquiries promptly and accurately, whether in person, over the phone, or via email.
- Assisting guests with special requests and providing information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
- Collaborating closely with our front office team to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Upholding impeccable standards of presentation and professionalism at all times.
What you Need:
- A passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Exceptional organisational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential
