In this pivotal position, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the impeccable standards that define our uniquely styled establishment. Working closely with senior management and dedicated team members, you will lead by example, ensuring that every aspect of our hotel's cleanliness and upkeep is nothing short of perfection.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior management to uphold and enhance our exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Lead and motivate the housekeeping team, overseeing day-to-day operations and delegating tasks effectively.
  • Maintain a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every room and public area reflects our commitment to excellence.
  • Uphold our reputation for outstanding customer service, responding promptly and professionally to guest needs and requests.
  • Demonstrate strong organisational skills, efficiently managing resources and schedules to optimise productivity.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among staff members.
  • Uphold health and safety standards at all times, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for guests and employees alike.

What you Need:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, demonstrating a proven track record of excellence.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve their best.
  • Comfortable working under pressure, maintaining composure and efficiency in fast-paced environments.
  • Passion for detail and a commitment to delivering consistently high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on creating memorable experiences for our guests.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively coordinate tasks and convey information.
