We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Kitchen Porter to become an integral part of our successful team at Number Sixteen Hotel, where excellence is the standard and innovation is celebrated.
As a Kitchen Porter, you will be the backbone of our kitchen operations, ensuring seamless workflow and maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness and organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the kitchen team in food preparation and service, contributing to the smooth running of our culinary operations.
- Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are upheld in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Assisting with the receiving and storage of deliveries, maintaining inventory levels, and minimising wastage.
- Collaborating closely with chefs and other team members to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
- Embracing a hands-on approach and thriving in a fast-paced environment where adaptability and efficiency are paramount.
What you Need:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a hospitality environment.
- A keen eye for detail and a genuine passion for food.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

- We offer an hourly rate of £13 - £14 (£31,000 - £32,000 p.a.) inclusive of Service Charge.
