With our beautifully designed interiors, tranquil garden, and impeccable service, we offer guests a truly unique stay – and we’re looking for a passionate Restaurant and Room Service Manager to help lead the way.

As our Restaurant and Room Service Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations across our restaurant, orangery, garden spaces, and in-room dining. You’ll lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver flawless service, elevate the guest experience, and maintain our high standards of quality and hospitality.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the restaurant and room service with a hands-on approach
  • Lead, train, and motivate a dynamic front-of-house team
  • Ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction at all times
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Monitor and maintain food and beverage quality, cleanliness, and presentation standards
  • Drive revenue through upselling, service innovation, and a strong focus on guest needs
  • Manage stock, budgeting, and supplier relations
  • Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene standards

What you Need:

  • Previous experience in a similar management role within a high-end hospitality environment
  • Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
  • A keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
