As a Reservations Agent, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests receive the highest standard of service from the moment they inquire about their stay. Your vibrant personality and exceptional communication skills will shine as you engage with guests, providing them with all the information they need to make their visit truly memorable.
Responsibilities:
- Handle reservations with finesse, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Showcase your in-depth knowledge of our hotel rooms and facilities, offering tailored recommendations to guests and external agents.
- Collaborate seamlessly with our front office team to maintain a smooth operation.
- Embrace our commitment to excellence by delivering outstanding customer service with every interaction.
