Description

We are looking for a Back of House Manager to join our Oblix team in the stunning surroundings of The Shard. 


Working closely with the Executive Chef and Head Chef, the role has been developed to take care of the organisation of all administrative duties relating to the kitchen. You will play a key part in controlling and tracking of kitchen purchasing costs whilst ensuring that all invoices, delivery notes, temperature records and credit notes are correctly stored.


The next Oblix Back of House Manager should ideally come from a kitchen background themselves, potentially a chef looking to step away from cooking, along with having an excellent understanding of figures, data analysis and financial reporting.


We require the successful candidate to have an organised and methodical approach to their work however also possessing the operational knowledge how a kitchen runs and certain challenges that can arise. Along with your administrative background any candidates applying for the role should possess a detailed understanding of Food Safety / Health and Safety guidelines
