Full Time Senior Bartender - Full-time - Up-to £16.70 ph inclusive of tronc.

Our commitment to excellence in both cuisine and service has established us as a destination for both tourists and locals seeking a memorable dining experience in the Heart of Central London.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Bartender to join our team and contribute to the exceptional service we provide to our guests.

Senior Bartender Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring guests have a memorable bar experience.
  • Help oversee bar operations, including inventory management, stock rotation, and ordering supplies.
  • Craft and serve high-quality cocktails, wines, and beverages with precision and creativity.
  • Train and mentor junior bartenders, ensuring consistency in service and drink preparation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor customer behavior, enforce responsible alcohol service, and handle conflicts professionally.
  • Collaborate with management to develop new cocktail menus and promotions.
  • Process transactions efficiently, manage cash handling, and reconcile daily sales reports.

Senior Bartender Requirements:

  • Extensive experience as a Bartender or Head Bartender in a high-end or fast-paced bar environment.
  • Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, mixology techniques, and beverage pairings.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train and supervise staff.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Benefits:

·       Shifts start from 12 PM.

·       No finishing later than 11:30 PM
