General Manager – Up to £50,000 - £55,000 per annual inclusive of tronc

Location – Ochre, National Gallery, Trafalgar Square

Contract – 48 hours, 5 days a week, some evenings and weekends

We now need a General Manager to join our team, someone that is outgoing, enthusiastic and ambitious.

What we are looking for in General Manager:

·       Well spoken English language

·       Passionate about the industry

·       Positive ‘Can Do’ attitude

·       Hard working, professionalism and punctuality

·       Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work as part of a team

·       DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clean certificate

The ideal candidate has:

·       Minimum 3 years experience in similar role

·       Ability to provide efficient, friendly and professional service

·       High service standards and is courteous to colleagues and customers at all times

·       Confidence and attention to detail

·       Passion to succeed and develop

·       Good understanding of the industry

·       Willingness to work within great environment

Main duties include:

·       Staff Inductions, rotas, staff meetings and training, daily briefings

·       Daily running of the site

·       Stock control and reporting

·       Weekly ordering

·       Health & Safety, Food Safety management

·       Recruitment of all positions
