Mowgli, recently recognised as a Sunday Times ‘Best places to Work’ for a third consecutive year and awarded one of the 'Best Companies' to work for in the UK four years in a row, is looking for a Social and Creative Manager to join the Mowgli Chambers team.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will support in driving reach, engagement and brand love as well as our organic following. This role requires a strategic thinker and a hands-on doer. You will be responsible for content delivery alongside external creators and in-house content creation.

This role is based in our Head Office based in Liverpool.

You will be responsible for

  • Developing an organic social strategy
  • Collaborative content creation
  • Copy Writing
  • Fostering external relationships with external creators including influencers
  • Reporting, tracking and optimising campaigns and monitoring wider trends

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in social media or creative role.
  • Proven ability to grow and engage social audiences through creative channels and clear strategy
  • Confident art direction skills
  • A deep understanding of tone of voice and brand identity.
  • Analytical Mindset – able to translate insight into action
  • Collaborative, proactive and comfortable working in an agile and fast-paced environment
