Mowgli is growing and we’re looking for a tenacious and experienced southern based Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be based in London and the South-East. 

You will be responsible for the effective and efficient running of all operational needs of the company across a number of our sites and must have proven success in an Operations role.

This is an incredibly exciting time to join the family as we continue our expansion in the South. 

  • You will be confident in leading, coaching and mentoring your team whilst delivering exceptional results.  
  • You will have great commercial acumen and possess a growth mind set
